I am studying bacterial pneumonia, and used this antibody to define populations and kinetics of immune infiltration into the lung. Mice were infected with Streptococcus, and this antibody was used in an 8-color myeloid staining panel analyzed on a BD Canto II. I chose Biolegend because I have had great experiences with their technical and customer service teams in the past (helping to design panels, providing samples or offering refunds if needed, although I’ve never had a problem with a product so I haven’t needed that). I like BV421 because is bright and reliable. It worked great to detect CD64 to define macrophage populations in the lung.

Staining worked beautifully, saw clear CD64+ populations. Ab is conjugated to BV421, detected in the Pac Blue channel on our CantoII. Happy with the results, will purchase again.
