The goal of our research is to study the activation potential of CD8 T cells expressing different T cells receptors upon activation with their cognate peptide. To determine activation of CD8 T cells we stain the cells for expression of different cytokines and activation markers. We use this antibody to stain CTLs for the degranulation marker CD107a following different modes of activation.
