We use this antibody for intracellular staining of primary human CD8 T cells following activation. The goal of our research is to study the activation potential of CD8 T cells expressing different T cells receptors upon activation with their cognate peptide. To determine activation of CD8 T cells we stain the cells for expression of different cytokines and activation markers.
