In this test, we determined the efficacy of the mouse monoclonal calmodulin antibody for immunoprecipitation assays. Mouse soleus muscle was taken and 100 ug of protein was subjected to immunoprecipitation with 5 ug of calmodulin antibody. Western blotting for calmodulin reveals a clean band at the expected molecular weight of 17 kDa.
