Aim of the experiment was to estimate the plasma T3 levels in diabetic and non-diabetic subjects supplemented with cow, buffalo, goat or camel milk in diet. For this subjects were orally fed with either cow or buffalo or goat or camel milk for 6 weeks, blood sample were collected, plasma were isolated and tested for T3 levels using abcam T3 ELISA kit.

Human subjects suffering from diabetes mellites were identified and different types of milk were supplemented in their food after taking their concern. Subjects were fed with milk viz either cow or buffalo or goat or camel milk at the rate of 300 ml per day for 6 weeks. Blood were collected and centrifuged at 275xg for 10 min and plasma was separated. Plasma were tested for T3 levels using abcam T3 ELISA kit by following manufacturer instructions.
