Abcam

Product Name:

Anti-Fibrillarin Antibody (38F3)

Catalog Number:

ab4566

Was using this antibody as part of a panel of nuclear substructure markers to identify where are protein of interest was localizing. This antibody works great at low concentrations for staining in mouse, rat, and human cell lines. Staining shows distinct nucleoli structures.

Results Summary

This antibody worked very well in mouse, rat, and human cell lines (HEK, H4, N2a, PC12) tested. The staining showed distinct nucleolar structures in all cell lines with low background. Best of all the antibody was used at 1:1000, and could likely be titrated lower!
