We used this antibody to assess which nuclear substructure was associating with our protein of interest. Antibody worked well at indicated concentrations in rat and mouse cell lines for immunocytochemistry. Some non-specific staining outside of cells, unless these were dead cell debris.

1:500 in 5% Donkey Serum at 4C overnight
10% Donkey Serum at RT 1hr

Fluorescent Microscope
Antibody worked to detect nuclear speckles in rat and mouse cells. Signal was good, with some nonspecific staining outside of cells.
