We are interested in the cells involved in the maintenance of normal vascular structure in the mouse retina, and want to see if CXCR4 populations change with injury/disease.

Frozen cryosections of mouse eye
1:150 primary antibody, 3 hours at room temperature in staining buffer (or over night at 4 degrees Celsius)
Normal Goat Serum
1:250 secondary antibody, 3 hours at room temperature in staining buffer (or over night at 4 degrees Celsius)

Fluorescent microscope
We are able to see a few CXCR4+ cells localized to vasculature, but there is a lot of non-specific staining as well.
