We are seeking to understand the role of kidney resident macrophages in kidney inflammation. As a first step, we wanted to investigate the location of kidney macrophages in relation to endothelial cells and were we looking for a good antibody to stain endothelial cells. After testing many anti-CD31 antibodies, we selected this product due to the reliable and reproducible results we got.
