The aim of the research is monitor cell migration after knocking down certain genes. By co-transfecting GFP and siRNA we can track the speed of individual cells which we can identify as receiving nucleotide. The goal of a specific experiment was to track positively transfected cells (GFP positive) over time and measure their speed. The Evos microscope is incredibly easy to use and because of it's modular design is very versatile.
