sc-9964

Cell division cycle 6 (CDC6) is an essential regulator of DNA replication in eukaryotic cells. The important function of CDC6 is mainly in the assembly of prereplicative complexes at origins of replication during the G1 phase of the cell division cycle. The present study aims at checking the expression of CDC6 in Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells by Western Blot. The antibody (sc-9964) identified CDC6 at right size (62 kDA).
