Transformation of Escherichia coli with plasmids
Escherichia coli bacteria culture
E.Coli was isolated in pure form and transfected with plasmid. This bacterial culture was grown in a large scale in conical flask which contained selective media. This was incubated at 37°C for one day in this shaking incubator 200 rpm.
Check for the temperature and rotation maintenance.
At end of my experiment i found 50-60 % of bacterial cells got transformed with my plasmid.
It holds more space in the chamber and easy to handle.
