HL-60 cells are able to differentiate to neutrophils after all trans retinoic acid (RA) treatment. They are also able to differentiate to monocytes after 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (D3) treatment. A characteristic of this conversion is CD11b expression. Cell culture volumes containing one million cells (untreated vs. RA treated) were spun down and resuspended in 200µl PBS with 2.5µl CD11b 555388BD antibody. This antibody has high specificity and is at a competitive price compared to similar antibodies.
