Aldose reductase is an rate limiting enzyme of polyol pathway which is more The aim of the experiment was to find out any changes in the levels of aldose reductase protein in the lens of diabetic rats 24 hours after the induction of diabetes. Specific aim of the experiment was to compare the levels of aldose reductase protein in the eye lens of diabetic and normal rats. This product was expected to detect specifically the aldose reductase protein in rat tissue.  The sample western blot showed on the SantaCruz website made us more reliable on the product as the bands are more dominant and specific.
