In the present study, proteins from different tissues viz liver, kidney, retina, muscles of diabetic rats were isolated and resolved in 8% SDS-polyacrylamide gel. After SDS-PAGE resolved proteins were western transferred in nitrocellulose membrane and probed with Flt-4 primary antibody obtained from santacruz biotechnology. After HRP-conjugated anti-species secondary antibody treatment, blot was treated with ECL solution and exposed to x-ray film. Selection of antibody was based on merits of antibody indicated in flyer.

Antibody gave very good quality band of Flt-4 protein nearly at 140 KDa, Flt-4 protein bands were very sharp, clear with high intensity.
Very sharp and bright Flt-4 bands were detected
Overall excellent quality santacruz biotech antibody to detect Flt-4 proteins in rat tissue samples.
