Aim of the present study was to test the effect of feeding high fructose diet on liver glycolytic enzyme levels in male albino wister rats. For this, liver tissue from rats of each treatments were harvested, protein extract were prepared, resolved in SDS-PAGE and probed with specific antibodies of rate limiting enzymes of glycolytic pathways. After immunodetection of glycolytic enzymes, blots were stripped and reprobed with β Tubulin antibody (3F3-G2) for its normalization and to check equal loading of proteins.
