RNA was isolated from rat liver tissue by TRIZOL method and then converted to cDNA by using kit. cDNA was amplified by using iQTM SYBR® Green Supermix. To the reaction mixture, cDNA, forward primer, reverse primer, appropriate volume of milli Q water and iQTM SYBR® Green Supermix. The volume of iQTM SYBR® Green Supermix ws added according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Mixture was amplified in real time PCR thermocycler by following the manufacturer’s thermal cycling protocol

3% agarose gel electrophoresis was used to resolve the amplied product which was observed in gel documentation system when exposed with UV light.
