Injection with cytokine minicircle DNA IL-23 was done to check if ly6C expression goes up in various organs particularly spleen, and blood in gamma knock out mice. I have been using Biolegend products for sometime therefore did not want to switch to another company. Ly6C color choice in the cocktail was also very important for the clone of antibody suggested which Biolegend has and served its purpose very well in this experiment.
