Injection with cytokines minicircle DNA IL-23 and IL-27 was done to check if ly6g expression goes up in various organs particularly spleen, PLNs and blood in gamma knock out mice. I have been using Biolegend products for sometime therefore did not want to switch to another company. PE color choice in the cocktail was also very important for the clone of antibody suggested which Biolegend has and served its purpose very well in this experiment. However this one required more optimization due to leakage issues.

Although I could stain, I would recommend antibody titration properly as this tends to leak into other channels if not optimized.
