Purified NA/LE Mouse Anti-Human CD28

We used this antibody for activation and expansion of human CD8 and CD4 T cells.  We used this antibody in combination of human anti CD3 (OKT3) and IL-2. Activated cells are later used for transduction or cultured to expand purified cells. We have since started using TONBO's anti human CD28 because it is cheaper than this product.

Antibody works well. But after testing the same product from TONBO biosciences we decided to switch to their product which works as well but is cheaper and the company was willing to work with us on promotions since we order this antibody a very frequently.
