Product Name:

HLA-B27 antibody [HLA-ABC-m3] (FITC)

Catalog Number:

We are interested in enhancing the killing capacity of HIV-specific CD8 T cells by reengineering TCRs expressed by these cells. We use purified CD8 T cells from donors with HLA types, such as B27 and A2, that have been described to mount potent anti-HIV responses to perform in vitro killing assays where the activity of the engineered CD8 T cells is tested in presence of HIV-1 infected cells.
