Product Name:

PCNA (D3H8P) XP Rabbit Antibody

Catalog Number:

13110S

Needed an antibody to detect PCNA to compare the S-phase population between different treatments. This one is good for immunofluorescence with a great specificity and sensitivity.

Results Summary

This antibody works as good as the one (PC10) from Santa Cruz. The signal is specific and sensitive. I have tried it in not only U2OS, but also many other cell lines. The result is always reproducible. A good quality antibody that is highly recommended for detecting PCNA in mammalian cells.
