Pacific Blue Anti-mouse CD8 Antibody Review

Our lab has developed different mouse models to study the efficacy of therapeutic candidates and vaccines against HIV. One of these models is transgenic for human host factors that allows for HIV infection of the mice. We are currently testing vaccine candidates in these mice, and we perform detailed FACS analyses looking at CD4 and CD8 T cell responses in peripheral blood and spleen, and panels of antibodies covering for these markers and different cytokines are needed.
