We transduce T cells with retroviral constructs to express antigen specific T cells receptors. Our retroviral vector contains a truncated CD34 molecule that we use as a measurement of transduction efficiency. It is translated after the T cell receptor and thus gives us percentage of cells that are transduced.

Only drawback would be the price.

The Bottom Line

This antibody stains great. There is barely any non specific binding or background and you can dilute out at least 5X what the BioLegend instructions say per sample.
