Our group studies T cells in the blood of untreated chronic HIV+ individuals. We are constantly expanding and optimizing our T cell panels to measure various T cell subsets, activation, and inhibitory receptor phenotype. Recently we've incorporated mass cytometry into our technique to study more features per cell. We chose CD69-162Dy because it was commercially available.

Results Summary

We titrated CD69-162Dy in tandem with a fluorescently labeled CD69 and chose 0.1uL as the optimal volume to use. It worked to detect low levels of CD69+ on T cells ex vivo, and especially after overnight stimulation with SEB (1ug/mL).
