Our group studies lymphocytes in the blood of untreated chronic HIV+ individuals. We are constantly expanding and optimizing our T cell panels to measure various T cell subsets, activation, and inhibitory receptor phenotype. Occasionally we also study B cells, and we used CD20-APC in a multi-color panel studying B cell activation.

1uL CD20-APC works well to detect CD20+ B cells. The attached image shows CD20 expression on all live cells (black) and on live CD19+ cells (yellow/green). As expected when cells were stimulated overnight with SEB (1ug/mL) CD20 expression was downregulated, as evidenced by a shift in CD20 MFI.
CD20-APC works great to detect CD20+ B cells!
