Our group studies T cells in the blood of untreated chronic HIV+ individuals. We are constantly expanding and optimizing our T cell panels to measure various T cell subsets, activation, and inhibitory receptor phenotype. We included CD69-PE in one of our smaller panels to study T cell activation in response to superantigen and antigen stimulation.

Results Summary

2uL CD69-PE worked well to detect CD69+ T cells. As shown in the image there was little CD69 expression ex vivo but there was a dramatic increase CD69+ T cells after stimulation in vitro, as expected.
