Our group studies T cells in the blood of untreated chronic HIV+ individuals. We are constantly expanding and optimizing our T cell panels to measure various T cell subsets, activation, and inhibitory receptor phenotype. We picked Lag-3-PCPeF710 because the channel was open in a panel of 13 colors focused on inhibitory receptor expression on lymphocytes.

Results Summary

1uL Lag-3-PCPeF710 worked great in a 13-color panel to detect Lag-3+ cells. As expected, Lag-3 expression was low without stimulation but higher after overnight stimulation with SEB (1ug/mL). Of note, we had CD3 on the AF700 channel and repeated FMOs indicated there was no bleedover between the two channels at the titrated volumes chosen for each antibody.
