The CD45 antibody was used to detect hematopoietic progenitors from in vitro differentiation. We generated blood progenitors from in vitro culture using non-human primate iPSCs. The blood progenitors would be typically CD34CD45 double positive cells. The clone of CD45 used, was reported to cross-react with NHP cells. Hence we used this antibody for our detection of progenitors.
