The aim of this experiment was to stimulate TGF-Beta 1 during the directed differentiation protocol & test the expression levels of a set of genes. The main reasons were the stability of the TGF-Beta 1 in our cultures and it was recommended by colleagues.

Store aliquots at -80 degrees Celsius.
