The use of this centrifuge to spin down 96 well PCR plate. Sealed plates are loaded horizontally through the upper lid. Upon closing the lid of the unit, the motor quickly accelerates to required rpm and will maintain speed up to set time. During this centrifuge the reaction mixer settle to the bottom area of the wells.

Type-II diabetic rat liver c-DNA samples
c-DNA was prepared (2µg/20ml) by using standard kit. From this 0.25µg used for real time gene expression studies. In 96 well plate first added the master mix of various genes and then c-DNA of control and experimental animals samples. This PCR plate was centrifuged in this platespinII centrifuge at 3000rpm for 2-3 min at RT. This makes the plate to mix all the components in the wells.
After centrifuge ensure all the reaction components should be in bottom of the wells. if not, repeat once again.
As expected, properly mixed and settled down the reaction mixture in the wells.
