The aim of this study was to analyze leukocyte subsets in human bone marrow. We used this antibody because of previous good experience using this antibody on human peripheral blood.

500.000 of human bone marrow cells were incubated with the antibody for 30 minutes. The red blood cell lysis was performed using BD lysis buffer. Cells were then washed twice with PBS and taken directly to flow cytometry
