TLR4 expression was identified in LPS stimulated canine neutrophils with PE-conjugated Anti-Human CD284.  Samples were analyzed using Summit software. LPS stimulation was unable to alter TLR4 expression in canine neutrophils compared to the untreated cells.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Blood from dogs

Primary Incubation

1:1000 dilution, 20 minutes on ice

Blocking Agent

FBS in PBS

Secondary Incubation

No need, since it's PE conjugated

Tertiary Incubation

No need

Detection

Flow cytometry

Results Summary

PE-conjugated Anti-Human CD284 was able to detection TLR4 expression on canine neutrophils. However, we did not find a significant difference with LPS-stimulation.
