The aim of this project is to study the role of immune cells in colon cancer. In the present experiment, DC-SIGN antibody was used to detect the presence of dendritic cells in a normal human colon tissue specimen (pilot study).

1:250 dilution in blocking buffer; over night incubation at 4 deg Celsius

1x PBS + 1% BSA + 1% goat serum

Secondary Incubation

1:200 dilution (in 1xPBS + 1% BSA) of Goat-anti mouse Alexa dye 488; 1 hour at r/t

Tertiary Incubation

DAPI was included in the last wash step
