I use flow cytometry to determine what immune cells respond during viral infection in mice. I chose this antibody because it was a recommended isotype control for two other antibodies I use.

I was able to gate out background, which was very minimal, with the help of this antibody. It showed that there was little nonspecific binding occurring and increased confidence in the results.

Very easy to use and provides good results.
No real drawbacks to the product.
I will continue to use this antibody for my flow cytometry control panel and would recommend it to others.
