I am looking at characterizing virus infections in cell culture using immunofluorescence assays. I chose this antibody to visualize one of my viruses.

There was a small amount of background seen when using this antibody. But I was able to clearly define what cells were infected when compared to uninfected cells.

Good antibody to use, I have to use a lower dilution than recommended but I can still obtain good results.
