BDNF ELISA Kit: Good enough

Protocol Overview

1) Coat well with antibody Anti-BDNF mAb (incubate without shaking at 4ºC), and wash once; 2) Block nonspecific binding with block and sample buffer 1X (1hr, at room temperature without shaking), and wash once; 3) Incubate immobilized anti-BDNF mAb with BDNF standard or samples (2hr, at room temperature with shaking), and wash 5X; 4) Incubate with Anti-Human BDNF pAb (2hr, at room temperature), and wash 5X; 5) Incubate Anti-IgY HRP conjugate with shaking (1hr, at room temperature), and wash 5X; 6) Incubate with TMB One solution with shaking for 10 minutes, at room temperature, and stop reaction with 1N HCL, and detect color in plate reader.
