Needed to check expression levels of Nox-4 subunit in porcine endothelial cells. Overall very good product. Needed a few optimization steps for western blot in porcine cells, but worked very well in both applications. Recommended.

1:1000, 2h at 37°C, NaCl 500 nM in TBST, 3% milk TBST
5% milk in TBST
1:3000 goat anti-rabbit HRP conjugate, 1h at room temp. in 3% milk TBST

ECL detection reagent, ThermoFisher (pierce)
Overall good results, needed to adjust TBST stringency in order to avoid unspecific bands
Worked fine in porcine cells
Adjustment needed to eliminate unspecific bands
Recommended for use in porcine cells, works fine after adjusting western conditions, unspecific band at 50 kda
