4 microliter of 5X buffer and one microliter of enzyme is added to 1 microgram of total RNA. Then, I made up the volume to 20 microliters and incubated at 42 degrees for 20 minutes
Do not take more than 1 microgram of RNA
Good quality cDNA is obtained
