Verso reverse transcriptase is high efficient thermal stable reverse transcriptase, which can work at wide range of the temperatures. This kit is provided with RT enhancer which gives stability to the RNA. This kit possesses high sensitivity up to 10 picograms of RNA. This kit is provided with individual oligo dT and random hexamers.
Cloning/ Quantitative real time PCR
Total RNA
4 microliters of 5x buffer taken for each individual reaction with 1 microgram of RNA, dNTPs, RNA enhancer, and enzyme as described by protocol and made up to 20 microliters final volume and incubated at 42 degrees for 30 minutes.
Do not take more than 1 microgram of RNA, which interfere with the reverse transcription process.
Good quality cDNA is obtained after 30 minutes reaction process
