Quality of RNA is very crucial for realtime quantification, microarray, and NGS . RNA 6000 PICO kit can be used to detect the RNA integrity of the sample on a 10 point scale. RNA at picogram level can be quantified using this kit with high precision . The RNA concentration is also displayed in the eletropherogram .

The kit can be used by fallowing the manufacturers instruction. The RNA should be diluted to 5 ng per microliter before loading in to respective wells.
Avoid air bubbles and higher RNA concentration
The electropherogram displays the RNA quality i.e RIN value on a 10 point scale and the RNA concentration is displayed in the respective column.
