The aim of this experiment was to study the percentage of T cell subsets in mouse spleen. Single cell suspensions isolated from mouse splenocytes were stained with anti-mouse CD4 and CD8 antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry. The result demonstrates the presence of both CD4 and CD8 populations, which confirm the specificity of these antibodies.
