The aim of this experiment was to identify the percentage of CD4 positive T cells in the spleen of wild type mouse. For this purpose, single cell suspensions were isolated from Balb/C mouse splenocytes and were stained with FITC conjugated anti-mouse CD4 antibody from BD Biosciences. The result shows a clear CD4+ and CD4- populations which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
