GAPDH is one of the important enzymes involved in glycolysis pathway. We used it in western blotting to ensure equal loading.

Whole cell lysates of different cancer cells
Diluted 1:1000 in blocking solution, incubated for overnight at 4 degrees
5% non fat dry milk in TBST

Single bands were obtained. Though this antibody gives background at times.
Just a regular GAPDH antibody

Overall, its not the best GAPDH antibody in Abcam but it does the job.
