Biolegend

Product Name:

BV785 anti-mouse CD4

Catalog Number:

100552

Since CD4 is a lineage marker, it doesn't really require a bright fluorophore like BV785 for detection. However, I used this antibody for preparing compensation controls for this channel. I was a bit skeptical due to lower expression of CD4 compared to some other targets, but I noticed a very bright stain using this fluorophore. There was >4 log shift fluorescence with minimal background.
