We used this antibody to determine the percentage of CD3 positive T cells in the spleen of Balb/C mouse. Single cell suspensions were isolated from Balb/C mouse splenocytes and were stained with PerCP/Cy5.5 conjugated anti-mouse CD3 antibody. The result shows a clear CD3+ and CD3- populations which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
