Aim of research was to detect subset of TRPV1 positive neurons and to detect whether some of those are also IB4 positive. This TRPV1 antibody was selected because company promised that antibody will be TRPV1 specific. Result shows that some of small diameter neurons are positive for TRPV1 and also negative for IB4 (lectin).
