After adding stop solution to the reaction the plates, load the plates into the machine and measure the absorbance at the required wave length. There is a 'plate shake' option also available.
Get rid off the bubbles before loading the plates.
I was able to measure absorbance at 450nm and with this I calculated the concentration of protein in the sample.
96 well plates can be read at 5-6 fixed wavelengths. It is easy to use stand alone machine with a built in thermal printer
