This antibody was used for a phenotypic analysis of human PBMCs. CCR4 was used to identify T-helper cell subsets in peripheral blood using flow cytometry. Healthy donors were compare to patients with arthritis. The staining was very reliable

Primary Incubation

0.5 Mio. of human peripheral blood was stained with the CCR4 antibody. Cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. After incubation, cells were washed with 1ml PBS for three times and cells were resuspended in 300ul FACS buffer for direct usage for flow cytometry.
