This antibody was used to phenotype human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells expanded two passages. This antibody was chosen because it is a commonly used clone for CD73, PerCP/Cy5.5 works well with other fluorochromes in the staining panel, and Biolegend had the best price.
